Very sorry to hear your case. Based on what you said, no one in other cars were disabled or had life threatening injuries. So it is unlikely that the Judge would grant that much money from the Insurance company or you.
You can always file for bankruptcy if worst situation comes. There is no shame in it in such circumstances.

Can you share your experience on your way to babson? Things like your GMAT Score, How long did you prepare, your work experience etc. Is it a lock step program or you can do it at your convenience? I am looking at Ross's Part time. I havent even started but thats some thing on my mind. I am neither in Ann Arbor area or NE area.

ICICI Bank has started a 'Express Pay' service in which your monety gets transferred in 1-2 day but they charge 5 $ for that.

IV tracker shows 3000+ EB3-I applicants, however, it is not a good tool to make analysis off of. The sorting function does not consider month-year combo. Anybody knows how to download the data to run your own post processing??

when a EB3-I family gets a GC ..they should buy a lottery on that day..it is definitely one of their lucky days

I would love to go back to my country i.e India but the problem is there are already tons of people in there and I seriously think they are more brilliant, intelligent and hardworking than me.
If I go back I would be burden to that country so I prefer to stay back with my lazy and un-motivated attitude and also the environment suites me for getting me laid every time I need one.

Today I have seen soft lud on my 485 application, My pd is dec06 eb2-India, I have called uscis IO she updated my address and she told me that they are waiting for visa number once visa number is available they are working on my case, I asked her why I got soft LUD, she replied that IO opened my file and find out that country VISA number is not available. Because they touch my file I got soft LUd.

EB-3 India is last in the line so first EB-2 (WW) than EB-2 India/china/mexico, then EB-3 (WW) then EB-3 India/China/Mexico... basically my common sense tells me EB-3 India will get a big 'ZERO'....
There is a spillover of 22000 visas from FB to EB starting Sep 01 2008. Does anybody know how this spillover is divided between EB1/EB2/EB3?
Can we expect 28.6% of this spillover in EB3? Just like we get 28.6% of annual quota?

Hi, Me and my wife had our H1B extension interview at Chennai on dec 18th morning. My wife got her passport after 2 days however mine is getting delayed I am getting really anxious since my return flight is on Jan 5th.

We always thought that there is 360k application in BEC and since those LC have PD from 2000 to 2005 there are no chances of fast movement of PD in year 2007 especially for EB3 and EB2(Indian , China).
After reading this news it seems employer withdrew many cases, which they filled for employee who no longer work for company, so certified case is going to be only 100k, much lesser then 360 k. How many more years it will take to clear these 100k LC? I don't think it should take more then 2 years...
But you know logic doesn�t work with US immigration system and we also don�t know how many people are applying through EB1 and EB2-ROW, which are current, we also don't know how many people are already sitting in 485 stage�
Let's go by the published percentages.....
21% closed + 11% withdrawn + 2% denied... = 33% fell off the wagon..
Let's assume that the same trend holds.....
At the end BEC ....out of 360K approx.....240K certification would come out....Margin of error let's bring the number down to 200K.......
Assume 1.1 spouse+child each principal....
That make total 410 K in the line just from BECs.....This is a conservative estimate...
The main problem is that 7% country quota hits too quickly for India/China...Then ROW remains current and USCIS would keep processing ROW as they keep coming...Where as we India/China keep waiting for the overflow to occur.....
There is no solution but to increase the total numbers...
